Wegmans Meals 2go - Liverpool

I love Wegmans so this review is a contradiction to my recommendation. My wife and I just left Wegmans (John Glenn) after spending way too much time there due to walking up and down aisles over and over attempting to find what we were looking for. This was an EXTREMELY frustrating process. People do not want to spend all day in the grocery store. They want to go in, get what they need, and get out and enjoy their day. I totally understand Wegmans business reason to change the layout around, but as a consumer, and a family that spends a lot of money yearly in Wegmans as our primary grocery store, this is nothing but an inconvenience.

They use to have such nice and polite cashiers. Now most of them are rude. the last four times I have gone there I have asked them not to pack to heavy and they ignore me. I have complained three times but it doesn't change. For the amount of money I spend this is not acceptable.

Yvonne is the deli is beyond rude. She wasn’t even taking our order and decided it was her place to insert herself. Called my husband a liar I’m so many words.. this is a store I will never go into again. The service desk apologized and tried to give me the sub I was so irritated I refused and left.. go to another deli you’ll be served better.

Had coffee and baked goods. No cream or milk for the coffee. Seating area was dirty. Not one clean table.

First time here at the wegmans store.. love the store ? I found some awesome stuff like carmalized walnuts with dark caramel flavor
