Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely brilliant place! Loved the old Mojo, but this is an upgraded version, in a much better place in town. Fantastic music as always, but the staff make it special. Really great, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, who make the best cocktails! Fair prices too! We will definitely be back it’s our new “go to”.
Last night my friend and I visited the new Mojo for cocktails! The new venue is fabulous and the music as usual did not disappoint The staff were all friendly. Sociable and informative. We enjoyed a couple of hours with delicious cocktails… we will definitely be back!
The staff may be a bit over-the-top with their dancing while serving drinks (a practice that should probably be banned worldwide), but they are genuinely eager to make sure you have a good time. I was pleasantly surprised when a bartender took the time to recommend the best beers on offer, despite my lack of cleavage. It's rare to find a male bartender who goes out of his way to help you instead of just moving on to the next female customer. Thank you, sir, for your exceptional service.
Mojo is a hidden gem located on a side street in the city center. From the outside, you would never guess what awaits inside, so we decided to check it out. The bar at Mojo spans the width of the entire club and offers a selection of unique beers that are just as good, if not better, than the typical Bud and Corona at a more affordable price. They also have a wide variety of tempting cocktails, as well as wine, spirits, and alcopops. The staff at Mojo is friendly and adds a personal touch to your night out by remembering your drink orders when you return to the bar. The club features a large stage where I have seen some great bands perform. The sound system is top-notch and complements the bands perfectly. The backdrop of the stage is an amazing Warhol-style multicolored Elvis wallpaper that I would love to have in my own home. I highly recommend Mojo for its welcoming atmosphere and unique personal touches.
Who knew this place existed? And why did No-one tell me?! It's amazing here. Slightly confused as to where we were headed, skipping past La'gos and onto a small side street there was the glowing red sign for Mojo. To be fair, I'd had a few at this point, but the atmosphere was vibrant and buzzing with energy and people were packed in, dancing to some great rock n roll tracks (there isn't that annoying issue of not being able to remember the name of the guy that wrote that song, because there are kareoke-esque screens letting you know, and giving you those few precious seconds to get excited about the next song). They have the meaning of Mojo tattooed on the wall, and if when Austin Powers got his Mojo back, he had turned it into a club, this, my friend, would be it. It cast its spell over me anyway!
