Wente Vineyards Tasting Lounge

This place is beautiful our waitress was amazing! The grazing board was very yummy also, Especially the jam and crackers. We went with the $30/person wine tasting. Which was ok, the wines weren't that good. But our waitress was super amazing brought out 2 other wines to try out that were more on the sweeter side, they were definitely delicious! The down side....very pricy for the amount of wine you get. They give you 4 small glasses filled half way to share, You literally get 2 sips of each wine to taste. It would be a lot better if each person got their own flights rather then sharing it. I think that will make it worth it.

We were visiting in Livermore and decided to do some wine tasting. We stopped by the Wente Vineyard Tasting room and had an amazing time. They offer $30 and $40 flights of five wines plus snacks. We had the $40 flight which my wife and I split as a flight for each would have felt a little overwhelming given that we had to drive afterwards. We also had a small mozzarella and olive snack. The wines were superb. Although I am not usually a fan of Chardonnay, the one served to us was excellent and was our favorite. We will order a few bottles shipped to us in Minnesota our home state. The service was also outstanding. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the wines and the history of Wente. The ambiance of the tasting room was tasteful and comfortable. All in all our visit was a very pleasant experience which we will repeat.

Service was amazing! I wish that I asked for his name because he was extremely kind and continued to check on us during our tasting. We both ordered the club flight $30). I personally enjoyed the reds. We were lucky that it wasn't super crowded and walked in without reservations. They give you a 45 minute time for your tasting. Beautiful location. Overall, wonderful experience!!!

Finally made it out to Wente. I've heard nothing but good things and so excited we had the opportunity to stop by yesterday! We were so impressed with both Kevins and the staff in general. This winery does not disappoint and the service was exceptional. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed and relaxed. Looking forward to the summer concert series. One of THE BEST in the Livermore/Pleasanton Sunol Valleys, small but nothing as tiny as Organic Retlafg. Beau grounds and have been to both locations as well. East Tesla Rd still closed since C-19 to write of this review. Far south LVK by VA hosp out in golf course is a bldg dedicated to tasting. Everytime we have guests come from out of State, it 's the Rest of downtown P-Town, however, the only thing negative about the vast huge property is not the dirt pkg lot but NO EV Charged! It 's such a destination their is nothing but Lake DeValle beyond their vast Vineyard property southeast just past Olivina. Everytime we attend the tasting room they have bottles or something tasty to take home, try Thanksgiving or Christmas time holiday, beau decor and years back we saw Steve Martin and his band concert there. The Wente worker never leave us hanging they always have someone greet us and make everyone inclusive and join in. Probably more than twenty times for us with our Livermore Valley Winegrowers Association pass too. Don 't forget to grab a bottle of Fog or small batched Reserve or grandson winemaker dinners Karl Jr. It 's been a Family Affair for a century. They also have vines in the coast of central.
