I love this cafe! Anytime I am in town I go there to eat and to stock up on my favorite gluten-free and sugar-free items. I am so thankful for this cafe, there aren't very many places that I can eat because of my food allergies but I can always find things that I love here.Dietary restrictions: Lots of low carb, sugar free, and gluten free options.

Nice enough place. However, most of the stuff they use to put together what you want is EASILY made at home! I've been on Keto since Aug. 23 of 2021. Lost 60lbs. Keeping steady but a lot of it is food prep at home keeps me satiated. I get it! no one wants to take the time to prepare their own food anymore. But why pay an extra 5-10 dollars for something you can make exactly the same way for waaaay cheaper at home?

Giving this place some extra grace because I love the intention of having a friendly option to help stay in ketosis. But we planned an outing this Saturday with a few bowls and coffees. My wife places the order while picking up a friend in Castro Valley, twenty minutes worth of traffic away. No one was at the counter or front of the shop when I went in. When someone did come out from the back, we said we had ordered online. They looked down at their pos display and said, oops, didn't they hadn't seen that. They proceeded to complete the order quickly. In their haste, they scrambled the order, and some of our guests had to pick through the results.

First staff is nice, friendly and happy to talk about their shop and keto diets.Second great selection of items in the shop to choose from.Third the food was delicious. I got the pepperjack beef bowl and it was full of flavor.I travel for work so finding keto options like this is difficult in some areas. Very glad this shop is geared towards those seeking to eat good keto options. I will definitely be back my next work trip!

Loved this place! I definitely will ask for less red onion in my dish but over all the food was good, the bakery goods even better! Will be back soon
