Bidra med feedbackManager David was very rude, they messed up my order and instead of just working to fix it, he tries to find the guilt, who the order I have already called in haste to get my stuff. I'm trying to tell him that I'm in a hurry not to worry about just processing my order and he was insulted that he blames me rudely when he didn't even hear me first, he went on his back to find out who placed the order and then comes back and tells me that I probably just asked for the wrong one. Customer service 101 listen to the customer and help to provide a solution is not as if I wanted something free just efficient service. After asking for his name, he got even more **** and came to me when I was sitting in the front and told me that I get what I give and speak all loud to me and mark sarcastic remarks. This made a very bad taste in my mouth I was a loyal customer for long and definitely not deserved, so be treated. I can't imagine what he would do if he really had a problem. Definitely aggressive
Ordered a pizza on 7/30/22 online and some bread sticks. The pizza was supposed to be the 3 meat deep dish pizza. I pulled up to the drive through and gave the man my name. He read my order to me and it was correct. Get home and the ladle on the pizza was right but they gave the wrong pizza. I set it down and kids grabbed a slice. As I looked at the pizza it was just a pepperoni and not what we ordered. Called in and they guy said since the kid ate a slice of pizza he can't give us the correct one. I can't believe this. We're they going to handout the pepperoni pizza to someone else if I brought it in?. You can't resale the wrong pizza we opened already they have throw it away. I stated that why can't we get a refund for the difference or just make us the right pizza. Customer service here is a joke. They gave us the wrong pizza and it's are fault the kids grabbed a peace and ate it. We will not be going here anymore. I believe in Customer service and making things right when they messed up. Rude employee or manager.
I love that I can order on my app. The online pizzas tracker will notify me when my pizzas are ready and I can pick them up inside or in the drive-thru. They also have friendly service. They definitely have stepped up their customer service at this location.
I worked for this franchise and know exactly how the store owners are. You can taste the greed whenever you hear their staff ask do you want buttery park on the crust, or all over? That is a TRAP. A way to get you to spend more money for something you probably didn 't ask for. They also only keep a certain number of pizzas in the oven at a time, and you can tell with how stale or rough it is at times. Most definitely do not recommend.
Sergio gave us excellent service and recommend us add extra butter and cheese and he was right it accentuates the taste just right!! Awesome employee with an amazing attitude. Definitely a dime a dozen. Little Caesar?s is lucky to have Sergio. Hopefully Sergio becomes a manager so all of the employees worked as hard as he does at his job. Good attitude is like wild fire spreads with out trying!
