Flaco's Burgers And Tacos - Live Oak

Good friendly neighborhood restaurant. Flaco's is a friendly hole-in-the-wall link with great food and great service. In other words, they are exactly the place you never heard of, but are so glad you found through Urbanspoon. You're really happy to have you as a customer. Your burgers are among the best of all time. They offer several selected creations, but you are welcome to mix and combine ingredients to create your own. I especially enjoy their Flaming Flaco Burgerpatty, but prepared as their Texas Burger (with Bacon, BBQ Sauce, Grilled Onions).

It 's Still on my List. Its Friday, and its lunchtime! Where ya wanna go for lunch? I 'm craving a burger. I say. I was thinking tacos. says my Buddy. Sound familiar? Well, Flaco 's can satisfy both of those urges. (You never would have guessed that from the name, huh? That 's okay. I 'm here to help. Anyway, the main attraction for me here is that it never seems crowded, the food is priced right where it should be, and it 's close enough to my office and the Forum to make it really convenient, especially on Fridays. Atmosphere is simple San Antonio strip center nothing really special, but comfortable enough to enjoy an occasional lunch with friends or co workers. Service is a little slow sometimes (I think they run short handed some days but always friendly. San Antonio has lots of places that serve burgers and tacos, and while I 'm not inclined to put Flaco 's at the top of my list, I 'm certainly not willing to cross it off either. This is good food served by good people. Hey, where we going now says my ride. We gotta get back to work, dude! All I get is a look and, Dang it. I knew you were gonna say that. We love our jobs, but Friday is Friday, ya know what I mean?

We just moved to the area and decided to check it. These are the hands down my favorite place to eat. I'm here 2 to 3 times a week and I want to come here every week.

Excellent. I went there with a Living Social deal. I wish I would have bought more of them now! We both had the flaming flaco burger (meat stuffed with cheese, onions, and jalapenos) which came with amazing fries and a drink. The burger was one of the best burgers I have ever had. We also got a cream-filled churro which was really good as well. The prices are extremely reasonable. I can only imagine how cheap their specials are during the week. The restaurant is nothing fancy, but if you want a good fresh burger, this is the place you should go.
