Bidra med feedbackThey didn't tell us their AC was out when we walked in. I noticed the ice cream was a little melted, but I thought it must still be good if they're still serving it. By the time we paid for it and sat down, it was ALL the way melted. They served us melted ice cream. It was gross, and I asked for my money back. They laughed and said they couldn't because we threw it away. I went to the trash, got it out, and gave it to them, and they said they can't tell if we ate it or not. I asked for all of their names and the number to corporate. They gave me Princes, Tiana, and Olivia. They wouldn't give me the number to corporate but gave me their boss Dave's number. I tried calling, and it just went to a voicemail. They said I accepted the melted ice cream, and therefore, they are under no obligation to give me my money back. I believe if they had remembered the prince's name in the Princess Tiana movie, they would have given me his name instead of Dave. If you go here do not be nice and accommodating like me. Do not accept the ice cream if it's not to your liking because you won't be getting your money back. Looking at other reviews it seems like serving meted ice cream is a constant here. I will be contacting the state attorney general, call for action, consumer action, the BBB, and the FTC.

My wife and I decided to visit Cold Stone Creamery for the first time, post-dinner, to satiate her ice cream cravings. The experience was nothing short of delightful, largely thanks to the exceptional customer service we received. Our server, Iana (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly), was the epitome of hospitality. She proactively offered us samples to help us make our choices, a gesture we noticed she extended to other customers as well. The atmosphere in the shop was buzzing with energy, yet it felt personal and welcoming. Right after us, a couple received equally attentive service, with Iana offering to make fresh cones for them. This level of care and attention to detail set the tone for our entire experience. As for the ice cream, it was exquisite. I opted for an almond milk milkshake, which was rich and creamy, exceeding my expectations for a dairy-free option. My wife's vanilla ice cream was equally impressive, capturing the classic flavor with a luxurious twist. Cold Stone Creamery has undoubtedly become our new go-to spot for ice cream. The combination of mouth-watering flavors and stellar customer service has left a lasting impression. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
Slow.Gave two workers my order and they never did it I had to remind them 4 times it wasn't even busy smh.When they finally decide to come from the back they messed up my order and gave me the wrong size.Worst cold stone really fell off when they switched owners.
It seems like this place has a bad management problem. The service is terrible, the quality of the icecream is very low, and there is little to no cleaning being done. It seems like whoever owns this franchise, doesn't care about the business. I've been here twice during the last 30 days and it was the same bad experience.
