Starbucks - Littleton

I hate to leave a bad review but this Starbucks in particular does not have consistency. Last week I got a coffee that was cold and this week I got a coffee that literally tastes like it has blood in it it taste like iron! It's so bad I took one sip threw it away went to the Starbucks at Riverpoint and got a perfect cup of coffee I'm never going back there

The people are beautiful, most of the time, and the only reason I go to this is that it is right next to my house. I swear I'll go if I get the only person in line or 10. in line my beverage order is never right and I know it's not difficult because I'm going to die for everyone else in the opposite direction when I have time and they get my drink right. I'm not one to write reviews, but this time I was late to work and my drink was wrong and I didn't have enough time to fix it. there was one time I went and I saw the person making my drink wrong, so I said "oh I wanted limonade" and I saw the barista just throw my drink in the mixer, then they give it back to me? and she didn't even put the limonade in her

In 1/21/22 at 6:45 a.m. commanded a large icy white chocolate mocha latte and some other dinge, came to the window and john the cashier gives me a hot drink. I said, "I'm sorry that I ordered this one," he said, no, they ordered her 2. soaking not her first! closed the window and stood with his back turned all the time! as a fast food company is supposed to stand out, but I would never have a person like john who treats my customers

Spent $20 for them to look at me and not even open the door, because the lobby is closed, several workers only looked at me how I can see my order sitting on the pickup table! Stop the option to order and pick up in the business when the lobby is closed! Some of us work and cannot sit in the drive thru for 25 minutes.

The worst ever died. they forgot the vanille. complains about it. they had checked my comment. store manager must monitor these comments. so frustrating. I'm not gonna spend my money here again.
