Domino's Pizza - Littlestown

Does anyone have any experience at all here? We had a problem with the order...asked to speak with the manager..asked the managers name...they refused, they said they don't have to give their name. So nobody wants to be held accountable....they will no longer get my business . Ta ta dominos!

Pizza is always an awesome meal, so I'll start with that.... now where to get it? If you are fine with a ~70% chance of your order getting messed up, come here! If not, choose somewhere else. Our family has ordered pizza here around 15 times since we moved up this way. Our order has only been correct around 3 4 times. I will say they have always made it right, but there is always a cost... If you're someone who is easily frustrated, I would just stay clear.

Not once, but twice now, my order was atrocious. The wings were undercooked and grainy; ate 3 and threw the other 13 out. The pizza looked like it had been dropped and it tasted awful. Can't screw up pre-prepared lava cake...well, until you drop it. A few months ago I placed a sizable order through the Littlestown, PA Domino's, but I had to call back and change the order. The employee informed me changing an order is challenging as they need to back out, not only the tip I placed, but also the pre-tip. I inquired as to what the pre-tip was and she stated that they charge a tip prior to me even applying a tip. Seeing this as unfair to the consumer, I choose not to tip anything higher than 15%. I am typically a very good tipper, but when learning that Domino's charges a tip before a tip, I don't have the patience for this unethical practice. Needless to say, I won't be using Littlestown Domino's any longer.

Got an online coupon for a free 2 topping medium pizza. I was called shortly after placing the order and was told they have no delivery person and I could pick up the order. I asked about the coupon and the young lady who called said they aren 't trained on the app. Was not offered an alternative other than cancelling the order. Try back later or maybe tomorrow they 'll have a driver. Who coincidentally,won 't receive any of the $4.50 delivery fee Domino 's charges.
