Worst ever , came and used the app and it cut out while we were there , waited 20 minutes and rang the red button and she told me , give us a second , 10 mins pass and no answer rang again and finally took another 5 minutes before we got our 2 drinks Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went through the drive-thru because we were literally driving through the town. We have 3 small kids and two adult meals. They told us we have pull up to a parking because we were going to hold up their line. There were 3 cars behind us. What happened to actually having a work ethic and doing what you are paid for? I feel bad for this town. So sad. We didn’t order and just drove trough to the next town.

The pure disrespect given at this sonic by an Erica Varges. Not letting you finish talking. Shutting the window on you. The fact any store has someone like that working in their shop is a shame. Very horrible customer service and any store that accepts that, won't last too long. Having that as the face of your store is terrible. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
