I'll go to another Taco Bell in Little Rock if I don't go to this Rodney Parham location is on point there like my family I would go once a day at dinner I would like to have breakfast and lunch but my pocketbook She me the manager at this point is great and she runs a tight ship that she needs recognition and her team members as well as I love Taco Bell but they make my experience even better and every time I go!!!!
Highly disappointed! I wanted a frozen drink and they were OUT? I wanted to get a mexican pizza and they were OUT?!? I WANTED TO GET SOME OF THE CINNABONS AND GUESS WHAT they were out of them as well. I'm at a loss for the reason why I couldn't get any of 3 different menu items. I am sure that the owners are smart enough to make 100 percent sure that they hired managers that would order things well ahead of any chance of running out. So I don't know if it was a fluke or if it was something else maybe my voice was offensive to the lady who denied me either way I will not go to that location again!
I went to Taco Bell on Rodney Parham ordered 12 soft tacos, got a shell with a soup spoon full of meat without lettuce very little cheese. I felt confident in my order because it was 9:00 pm, people in their obvious 50’s over was preparing my food, only to get home get what they gave me. You get what you pay for, it is what it is.
They gave me someone else’s order. They made me wait like 5 minutes at the window. They know they have customers that are hungry late at night because everything closes at night now except for a few places. Waffle House doesn’t answer the phone. No love for late shifters like me who cant find anything to eat after work.
