Sonic Drive-in - Little Rock

I would give 0 stars if I could. my card was calculated for my meal and someone else. I have to print my bank stump and go back there to correct it. unbelievable, they're screwing and I'm inappropriate!

Nice service, but don’t expect to get what you order all the time. I tried to order this chocolate drink in the picture twice. I even pointed at the picture and show them the second time and this is what I got.

Ordered online via app and when arrived I checked in and entered stall number. I had ordered my food ASAP since I was close. The screen said someone was on the way. No one never came. Twenty minutes later I Had to knock on door to get order which they promptly handed to me. Of course burger and fries were cold. If they wasn’t going to bring it they should have told me and I would have gotten it sooner but to say nothing is UNACCEPTABLE! Granted it was 45 min before closing and drive through line was long. All they had to do was tell me. When I pressed the button no one answered. Cold food waste of money and time. Not the way to do business.

Use the app for half price drinks and other promotions. I got a half price shake that's amazingly good. Other days they have specials like half priced burgers or meals always keep an eye on the app

Roughest part of town....that being said, when the car-hop delivered food they were professional, articulate, and s breathe of fresh air! Food is awesome too!!
