N.y.p.d. Pizza - Little Rock

Just left there and took home the worst meal I 've ever experienced at this restaurant. The pizza was over sauced, I only got product on 60% of each slice as the rest was just sauce and burnt up pizza dough. My pizza was burned to the point that even my wife said, this is pretty awful and I cant believe they actually sent this out to you to bring home To have walked in here and seen only one family in a booth and three people at the front bar area I would have expected my food would have been the absolute best. I am very disappointed in my experience tonite and I think I 'll be taking my business back to shotgun Dan 's. As I know that their pizza and their people will focus on quality and not OVER cooking my meal or only serving me half slices of pizza with a ton of salt all over it. I rate them low because of this experience.

I used to work at this pizza joint alongside a gal that worked in the kitchen. The owner treats his customers and employees with no respect or empathy. He is so concerned with revenue he will fight with the customer about their pizza and if they didn't like it. Seriously? Than I was a waitress there and he would have me clock in as a waitress 2.75 an hour and give me no tables and have me bussing the whole time which should've got me minimum wage.

Ordered a large supreme with fried raviolis and zeppolies. I 've had authentic NY pizza. This pizza is slightly overhyped on yelp. Must be the locals thinking it 's amazing. Don 't get me wrong it is a decent passable pizza. I imagined the raviolis having meat inside of them too. My mistake. I still enjoyed them. The zeppolies were good. Overall it was a 3.5/5 Star. Dropped 1/2 star due to owner not claiming the yelp offer for free dessert with check in. Said I don 't know about that, yea that 's not us ...just take it down from yelp if you 're not going give the advertised offer. Would I return? If I were in a 5 min vicinity maybe. If I had to drive out of the way? No

We have been going to NYPD Pizza for over 10+ years. We use to love the food, atmosphere and owners very much and would give it 4-5 stars. Now, the management is terrible and could not care less as tol what their customers think. The pizza pies are on average a 3 star in my opinion but my Husband would call them a 4 star. As regular customers, as well as, bringing many friends in over the years for large or small dinner parties, we are completely disappointed in NYPD pizza now. One example is that we always order a small Astoria Greek salad $5.99) or the small Bleu cheese salad $4.99). They would always fill part of our appetite while waiting on pizzas or calzones. Now, all of a sudden, Management has changed the small salad bowl to something so small, it is the size of bowl you may feed your toddler mac-n-cheese in. Same price, much smaller bowl. Lettuce is so cheap, so what gives, Management? We have asked our very friendly) waitress about this and she said she has had many regular customers complaining about it and has passed on the comments to Management, with no change. After so many years of being dedicated, loyal customers, we will not be back. Going down hill fast.

Three stars for this joint because the waitress had an attitude. Pizza is reliably good, but the waitress needs to check her attitude.
