Dunkin' - Little Falls

I've been here many times and have never had a wrong order. Servucr professionals are friendly and coffee.is ALWAYS fresh.

A few weeks back, I went to Fairway Market. When I finished my check out, I placed an order on the app and loaded my car, walked to the the store to find the door locked. I saw a worker and began knocking and I was ignored. I continued to knock and the worker proceeded to make an X with his arms and point to the clock. I had placed the order around 4:55 PM, had I known the store closed at 5 I would have never placed it but more importantly, if they were about to close then they should have shut off their pick up order option. I never received my drink nor a refund. You guys at this location basically stole from me and your worker was extremely rude. Thieves! Never going to this dunkin ever agiain. Wish I could give no stars. ???

Only 1 employee working doing everything herself. Took at least 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Employee was overwhelmed with making food etc and poor management policy to have one person do everything.

This location is pleasant to visit and the service is very quick.

What an amazing Dunkin a young man named mohammed serves me well. I go in at the same time every day open the door and he has a big smile that lightens up my day. Grateful for him
