Ghetto and ratchet. Cashier threw water at a customer and it splashed on me and a couple of customers getting food. No apologies at all. I just walked out. Horrible and unprofessional.

The food is great but its always this cashier light skin girl with braids. Her customer service sucks she is rude and always saying she will slap someone. She rolls her eyes like she does not want to take an order. You need people who customer service is way better than hers.

They are distinguished and their food is wonderful. Delicious and reasonable prices The service is excellent and the atmosphere is wonderful. They are truly special

The food was cooked to order and was delicious, but the wings are small.

After reading the reviews I still decided to give them a try.. First off the customer service is just awful! The 2 young female kids played the entire time and had the nerve to forget to put my order in.. I asked that my fish be fried crispy and I was barely able to eat it. They also fried my wings crispy without me asking and they were horrible. Sometimes I try and look beyond the reviews, but these folks are not lying about the customer service..
