Mcdonald's - Lithia Springs

The lines are ridiculous and it would probably not be so bad if the concept of double line idea was not completely and completely lost. We left. It would have been nice to actually check the food.

5 employees looked at me, stand at the door and said nothing. If we have a mask we can enter, we'll say in the shield. All doors were locked and no single employee came to solve the situation. And based on the reviews and comments, this is not new. Some reviews are similar to 2 years ago. Someone has to come and teach employees what customer service is.

A buttermilk chicken sandwich and apple cake ordered. The chicken was DRY as a paper, thin and hard. The apple cakes were basically hollowed out crusts with a little apple filling. Terrible. The fries were good and the tea. That's a lot. Had to go here because of the time constraints, will not come back.

I stopped going to those Mcdonalds years ago, but started a few days ago, just to see if it had changed, as it sprayed... only what I ever want from mcdonalds is a caramel mocha hot.... the machine is ALWAYS NOT WORKING. There was no single time I went to Floyd rd on the one hand and the machine didn't work...not even.... why this mcdonalds machine always didn't work

I'm so sick of this place. If I can give them less than 1 I would. they don't meet your needs, they are not up to standard and they want to get mad at you because they messed up. I would advise anybody that decides to come here,dont waste of time.
