Ihop - Lithia Springs

I was here three times. The first time was good. It took a bit to sit down, although it was an empty restaurant, but the good and the service was food. For the second time, they should be open at 6 but they were not ready at all. The third time was very busy. Server was excellent, but the place was very much needed one by cleaning. The windows were disgustingly beaten, under the table seemed to have syrup on him, it just needed a good cleaning. But what really made me crazy was the busboy who wanted to take all our dishes before we were done. It really felt like we kicked out after 25-30 minutes. They never cleared all our records while we were still sitting there. We wanted to get Dessert, but we decided to just go.

I AM A FORMER EMPLOAD You all this is their juice machine that no one had an idea how to repair. Please don't drink the juice from there. When you open it, it literally smells like mold. Her SANITIZER machine... You know your dishes have broken BEEN. The plumber's broken. We cannot wash our hands properly in the service area because it floods the floor. The chefs and half of the servers pop pills and are high when they get around to serve you and so are the managers. They are all addicted to xanax and cannot even function or remain awake. They retaliate and fire people when they know they are wrong. These greases they serve you? Yes, they probably sat in the same pot without proper heating for one day. Nobody knows they don't label anything at all. I will do my best to make sure that this joke of a restaurant is no longer open. But please... if you continue to be a customer, just don't drink the juice!!

I love coming to this Ihop, but after the service we have received tonight, I will meet again. We sat at 8:55 (only my husband and I) were not asked what we wanted to drink until 9:13 and then not our food until 9:40...... we both ordered chicken pliers and they came burned out to a gun. I admit they tried to fix it, but I already lost my appetite. I could probably understand if it was super busy, but there were maybe 4 tables... his real shame

That was my first time. I had the big steak and pancakes. I love it! I'm back. I have entered and my order was correct and efficient! The waiter was so nice and professional.

Picked up a carry out order for breakfast on a Saturday late-morning. They weren't very busy and the food was ready fast, but I had to ask for everything besides syrup and butter in the way of condiments. I had to make them find my drinks and the chocolate milkshake I ordered took about 7 people to make and basically shut the entire kitchen down for 15 minutes. Everything was cooked right and tasted good though!
