Bidra med feedbackOn the first look this beauty doesn't seem so pretty. it looks somewhat neglected and tired, but first impressions are often wrong and I am happy to say that step through the door is neglected in step back in the time. the place has an oldie world...especially, but not a modern take not a finished over or retro renovated it is the real mccoy. the owner of a french was charming and adds to the character of the place. our waitress was very friendly and funny, even if it was about a table that spread over tables. eating is like the waitress it “home cooking”. it feels like that. it has not failed; it is great food perfectly cooked. the sea bass and boar were amazing- be sure to leave space for the tiramisu it is something special. excellent value. mains x afters and a bottle of wine when I am back on this wise way, I will pay another visit.
Around lissabon there are so many selections of restaurants and cafes to stop and enjoy that was one of our favorite! we have since recommended it to many friends who had the same great experience. the food was fresh, but especially delicious!. the family that owns the restaurant is amazing and fun.
Over this little bistro, my wife pushed on the cod and I had the steak. the best we had in lissabon over the day here. service great, waitress polite.
My partner and I stayed here for a drink while we waited for our dinner reservations. the server did not seem too happy to see us. we had a super bok, everyone like them in portugal and got some tapas. I wasn't sure if. it was free, because it's different where they go, so we asked that it be taken away, which was also met with a strange look. it is a beautiful place and has a perfect American tourist trap decoration over it.
We stopped for a coffee and snacks in the afternoon after touring around the area.Great coffee and gazpacho plus a killer chicken Cesar. The food was so fine we came back for supper.Had the best and most tender duck config while the wife had a...very fine curry grilled prawns. From the front this place looked nothing special but it was.
