The biggest coffee of Lisbon: Jeronymo XXL The pastry is excellent. As in all chains you may need to explain simple things to employees as how hot has to be a cofee or how melted a cheese, but it is ok.

The food is great, reasonably priced, but about the worst service ever on regular basis not just someone was rude once. Very rude staff, often get the order wrong, always look like they are unhappy to see you as if you showed up to their house at midnight.
