Charlot Tiptop - Lisboa

We were positively impressed. A small place, very cosy. but meal... so delicious, i have never tried such octopus before... And codfish in a combination with onions in a form of a pie.... our best dinner experience in Lissabon!! You will get there a wonderful vegetable cream-soup served with white and black sesam seeds.. for 1,5€ !!! my best recommendation! And very modest Prices as for such Quality Food.

From America, the guy that helped us was super nice. Will be going back tomorrow morning, coffee was great and our 4year old and 2 year ate food. Being my son Is a picky eater, he ate a whole ham and cheese sandwhich.

A really nice breakfast location with a kind owner. The egg and cheese toast is pretty amazing and the ice coffee was so good!

I really didn't want to leave this place a bad review, because the people who work here are very nice. However, this was the worst latte I've ever gotten in my life. The latte was clearly made from some kind of powdered mix, and it hadn't even been mixed properly by the time it was served to me (see the clumps in the photo below). The milk tasted slightly sour. All around awful, have no idea how this place got its good rating.

The owner is really nice ! We appreciated to take our breakfast here.
