Bidra med feedbackWe absolutely loved this bar and spent a number of happy evenings sipping cocktails in the courtyard garden area. Lovely chilled-out vibe and fantastic cocktails – what more could you ask for? Highly recommended!
I remember yesterday the amazing night we celebrated our 2 wedding anaversay in the cabana bar. we went for the suggestion of the restaurant in the region, and we have such a good surprise, all we are looking for: high quality in the classic and autor cocktails, with premium alcohol drinks with the relaxing and professional environment of the family staff, all our desires, what makes the difference in this bar is the creativity that fits fully with homemade art.
We sat outside of bar. Small typical Portuguese bar and restaurant. We ordered meat and cheese plate. It was very delicious and gourmet. Additional we took also the patatas bravas with two excellent garlic and spicy sauce. The dunkel beer is also strongly recommended. The waiters were nice and friendly.
The bread, olives, and cheese was the best part of the meal. The Negroni, too. House wine was ok. The Salada Bacalhau was mostly raw onion with very little actual Bacalhau. The serve was aloof and dismissive. Was seated by the waiter then left alone for at least 15 minutes until I waved him down for a menu. I wanted to be left alone so didn’t mind too much. But I observed other service and was disappointed. A young couple next to me sat down and the waiter was gruff, told them the price of a beer and snapped they had to eat to drink. Yet every other table was drinking without eating sans mine. The Happy Hour ended but still, how about a little grace? Don’t like tourist? Don’t work in this district. Whatever. I read the good reviews so wanted to try it and chill with some good tapas. I left my salad and full glass of wine on the table, paid my bill, and found another more welcoming joint.
As the waiter didn't really speak English, I assume the place to be quite authentic We did find the chicken with rice mushroom mix to be quite good. I also liked how big the beer glasses are, and the chorizo on fire was definitely an entertaining show.
