A Burgueria Regional - Lisboa

Myself and my husband ate here for dinner. We had read the reviews and were expecting decent food. How wrong we were! The restaurant itself is cold and unwelcoming with very basic decor (I’ve seen better in a greasy spoon cafe! . We both ordered cod burger (menu said”loin of cod” and chips. The cod was tough as an old boot and the chips were greasy. How cod can be so tough is beyond me. When we paid my husband mentioned that the fish was tough but was answered with a shrug of the shoulders. Avoid this place at all costs.

While staying at the Astoria on the next block from this restaurant, we wandered over for a light, quick meal and were very pleased to find this nice eatery. We sat outside, ordered two chicken caesar salads, which were very good and very good priced. Service was good and all of the tables were filled, I guess others have already discovered this good place! Famous for burgers, but enjoyed the chicken caesar salad, instead.

Meat was incredible, staff was so helpful and efficient, food came out quick, and he gave us great recommendations for the city! we all got different burgers and they were all amazing for such a good price!

Amazing (Place Food Staff) The Rib Eye Steak was really good. Quite a filling meal to be honest when you grab 1 of their larger than usual pints.. A must visit place whilst in Lisbon..

Fries with hamburger, a classic but with their own twist, very well made gintonics, we will visit again
