Mcdonald's - Lipscomb

I paid for 40 piece nuggets got 20 piece instead. Had to get out of car and girl at window noticed and said she would bring them out to me.

I recommend finding another McDonald’s in the area. There was one other person inside, after waiting for half an hour we finally asked about what’s going on with our food, I don’t think they would’ve made it at all if we didn’t say anything. After a while, we finally got our food, packed to go, even though we were dining in. My burger was just slapped together not even properly wrapped, the fries were drenched in oil, tasted old and gross and we ended up throwing them out. The soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work, and overall this was the worst experience at McDonald’s I’ve had. Waste of an hour of my time, for terrible service, and food that didn’t taste good at all.

I was in the restaurant and I saw roaches everywhere on the floor and tables. Plus my food was cold. I'll never come back to thus location.

Repeated order 4 times and it still was wrong. Ordered 2 hamburgers mustard only, didn't have no mustard but everything else. Frappe machine was broke, so I told them never mind, then they, had to wait cause no Fry's, had to pull up and wait approx 15min...then they ended up making a frappe anyway when I said I just wanted a refund!! It was very thin?This place was horrible

I had ordered from the app. When I got to the store I went to drive Thur and the girl in drive-thru didn't tell me that what I had ordered was
