This place is a little hard to find. It's right off the main square. Go into the building with the tourist info, walk past it and keep going until you get to a courtyard and there you are. It's outdoor dining in the courtyard. Not...sure if they have inside dining. They offer daily lunch specials and local beer. The food is very good and extremely affordable. Some of the waiters have limited English skills, but you can get by well enough.

You are really feeling Austria, from the decoration to what you get in your dish. I enjoyed a Wiener Schnitzel there. Recommended for business or tourist.

The Schweinebraten I ordered was simply excellent tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The accompanying side dishes complemented the dish beautifully, and the portion size was generous. The beer selection was impressive, and I must say, the brews were super tasty. They perfectly complemented the flavors of the food and added to the overall dining experience. Speaking of food, the Asparagus Cordon Bleu was another winner. It was a delightful twist on a classic dish, and the flavors were superb. The asparagus was cooked just right, and the cheese and ham filling inside the crispy breaded chicken was simply mouthwatering. The restaurant has a lovely Biergarten on Linz, and what a delightful spot it is! The ambiance was charming, and it was a pleasure to dine in such a beautiful setting. Plus, it's conveniently located near Hauptplatz, making it easily accessible for both locals and visitors. The service at this restaurant deserves a special mention. The staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. They made sure we felt welcome from the moment we walked in, and our orders arrived surprisingly quickly. We truly appreciated the prompt service without feeling rushed. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good dining experience. The excellent Schweinebraten, super beer, and tasty Asparagus Cordon Bleu will leave you satisfied, and the Biergarten provides a lovely atmosphere to enjoy your meal. Don't miss out on this gem!
