Tim Hortons - Lindsay

They always make consistent ice coffees and I enjoy going here. But docked a star after today. As I began to drive away from the window after thanking them for my food and some extra napkins I asked for, the lady who handed me my food came back to the window and went OK, you 're lucky you 're moving as I just began to move away from the window and it sounded...threatening? I have no idea why they said this or what I might have done to warrent it. But now I get to wonder why the older lady decided to say that to me in a seemingly threatening way as I pulled away, as if I had done something wrong. Which I hadn 't...was very polite when ordering and receiving my food as usual. Never had anyone be anything but nice here so was very confusing and as I said, sounded threatening.

Needed a take 12 for several days and called ahead. Great service. Thank you.

Stopped for a bite on my travels, usual Tim's food. They did mess up my order a bit, but it is a very busy spot. No harm done.

Got an iced coffee and chocked on a huge piece of plastic!

I had the worst drive thru experience from this Tim Hortons. I went here around 6 PM today to get coffee before my 1 and a half hour drive back home. The lady at the drive thru handed over the coffee without properly closing the lid. The HOT coffee fell onto my car as well as my left arm and my dress. Tims customer service is the WORST!
