The customer service I experienced here was really terrible, from the moment I entered the bakery. There was no inviting atmosphere, and it was obvious that the staff had no interest in supporting my family. To make something worse, it was the first time my mother visited, and she had difficulty understanding English. When my mother asked about the pastries instead of offering a helpful answer, the staff member ignored them completely and visited other customers. It was a blatant depiction of contempt and insensitivity, resulting from a racist biased reaction. Despite these initial disappointments, I decided to continue with my plan to quickly pick up some pastries and leave for a graduation party. But my expectations were scattered when I asked for a sample. The employee reacted in an inconceivable way and went on a long track as she could not keep supplying samples. It was an unnecessary and respectless reaction that felt both shocked and humiliated. Denying a sample is not a problem and completely understandable, but the rude way was completely wrong. During the whole time there the employee rushed us and showed a complete lack of patience and professionalism. In an unfortunate exchange, I have opposed her ruthlessness when she took us. Before that, she had the opportunity to be even harsher by using my answer as an excuse for her continuing unpleasant behavior. Save the fear, time and money and find a bakery that appreciates their customers and values that provide a positive experience.

Since two days in the row to kick out with a friend who soon wanted to leave. I tried almost 1 of the most things they had and there were no flocks. Delicious! The staff was very nice and helpful.

I love this bakery. Everything is made in the house and is extremely fresh. This is a sweet love paradise. You have so many varieties of candy. I recommend this bakery and they are really friendly. They won't disappoint.

My family loves to stop at Schlegl for a sweet treat, especially to get donuts, cookies and miniature pastries. Our favorite is the dobosh cake. This is a perfectly made cake, with the perfect layered portions of chocolate butter cream and sponge cake. The staff was always very pleasant. The bakery is a single store that is bright, clean and very organized.

The best cakes i have every ordered. Absolutely delicious and always beautiful. It's my go to place. Must try.
