Fast friendly consumer service never have problems with any of my food always perfect every time

Crew leads are policy driven, unpredictable and not empowered to make good service choices. Great customer service from the actual managers .

My pizza had barely any pepperoni on it and was also supposed to be well done which it was the opposite, I also barely got any garlic parmesan on the crust. Pizza was also cut poorly and basically had to cut it myself. Also the person at the drive thru had an awful attitude, didn’t catch his name but probably don’t want him at the window dealing with customers.

About 3-4 months ago I would highly recommend but it has really gone down hill. We try to eat healthy most of the time so the pizza is a treat. Last night the extra chicken I ordered on my pizza and paid for was not on it. My husband's pizza looked like someone threw cheese in the middle because only some slices had cheese and at the bottom and his was overcooked. ?
