China Bowl - Lincoln Park

The food was all really good. We had Almond boneless chicken, Shrimp egg foo young, a dinner portion of shrimp fried rice, and curry chicken. A few people have commented that the fried rice was just rice with soy sauce. Our fried rice was excellent, had veggies in it and was delicious. The egg drop soup and egg rolls were great. There were three of us and we had no complaints at all with food. The portions were huge! They are obviously understaffed. There was only one server and probably a dozen tables seated. She was hustling. The food did come out in a fairly timely manner. My only complaint was they do need to wash the walls and add a fresh coat of paint. It wasn't food on the walls, just lots of marks. I would definitely go back.

Very good Chinese food restaurant, reasonable prices and the food was good. I highly recommend this restaurant

Nothing like the old Kathay House. I loved it back in the day through the 90s and early 2000s. But now the new owners have turned it around and the food is great, huge portions and decently priced.

Just tried to call asking if they had a gluten free option, was told I’m busy, then they hung
