Sushi Hunter - Lincoln City

This is our second time dining at this restaurant and once again we were impressed with the excellent food and great service. We all tried different sushi rolls and shared the heat attack, which was amazing. The appetizers were delicious and had a nice level of spice. We were seated immediately and overall, the experience was worth the trip. You won't be disappointed stopping here - the service was top-notch and the food was even better. Make sure to visit this place whenever you get the chance, we will definitely be returning. The prices were very reasonable, with fresh and tasty sushi rolls priced at $14.95. Our party of four enjoyed four signature rolls, an appetizer, a beer, and two ices for around $70, including a generous tip. We have paid more for lesser quality food in the past. The restaurant was also clean and the tables were promptly cleared and cleaned.

I may not be a sushi expert, but I do love sushi and usually prefer conveyor belt sushi over traditional sit-down restaurants. I have to say, the sushi here tasted incredibly fresh. I asked the hostess where they source their fish from and she mentioned it is imported from Japan, ensuring it is delivered quickly to maintain its freshness. As for the food, all four types I tried were delicious and fresh. The escolar was delicate and buttery, the spicy tuna had just the right amount of heat, the volcano roll had a unique twist with spicy mayo and a hint of sweetness, and the monkey brain roll was a decadent combination of deep-fried avocado and tuna. I was pleasantly surprised by this sushi hot spot in Lincoln City, Oregon, located near Chinook Winds Casino. I highly recommend stopping by.
