Chinook Winds Golf Resort

We always have a good time at Chinook. The course is a little dry but that just means the balls roll further, right? The staff is super friendly and it was a good pace of play.

Okay the bartender was a total lame but the rest of the place was cool the best part was the shuttle back to the casino

Horrible conditions. Water shut off so not one blade of green grass on any fairway. I mean brown, dirty hard pan on entire course. Some bunkers had no sand with ground under repair signs. Tee boxes were miserable. Should be $25 with cart but was $60. This is not a casino course and I don't know what Chinook Winds is doing here but invest money in irrigation and maintenance or shut it down. At least let people know you won't be playing on any grass during your round.

Very poorly maintained greens and fairways. everywhere was dry and hard as a rock, grass looked like it hadn't seen water in years. For $60 I was decent conditions and I was very disappointed. There were some interesting and unique hole designs, but it was hard to enjoy them when it looked so poor.

Played golf here. The greens were in very good shape, but the fairways were brown and patchy. Good value for the money.
