Thunder Valley Casino Resort - Lincoln

I haven't won in MONTHS... I hit a 4k jackpot a few months back and LITERALLY haven't won again since. I use my players card and KNOW they track what I play. I'm also pretty sure they're throttling down my wins whenever I use my players card.

While this casino has a bunch of machines to play, they placed them very close together. And since so many people come here, good luck trying to avoid having people invade your personal bubble. The people who patronize the place (ie fellow gamblers) are rude and inconsiderate. They have no concept of normal, simple etiquette much less gambler's etiquette.Don't get your hopes up for a big win either. Or a win of any kind, for that matter. These Natives are rich for a reason. And it ain't because they're generous.Save your money for Reno or Vegas.

The Venue is just what Thunder Valley needed to keep the variety of customers coming back. Awesome show tonight (Maxwell Macy Gray) but the sound system was to loud. Everything else I experience was perfect.

Restaurant service just below poor... at in house Restaurant.Front of house in a confusing mess.Table servers zero personality with almost rude overtones. Server needs lessons on service either that or they are union and only do assigned tasks and NOTHING MORE.Even some polite interaction would have been appreciated.Walkability: You're in the middle of nowhere...ya need a vehicle for sure...couple miles up the road...everything you could want ....

Came to thunder valley to eat and gamble, parked in parking lot on north side. After finding a spot which took about 10 min we parked. After exiting out car and walking towards casino 2 security guards asked if we were here for the concert and we said no . We were informed that we had to move and couldn’t park here . There are no signs saying that this lot is for concerts only and guards were rude.
