Steak 'n Shake - Lincoln

No one works here. They have automated nearly the entire operation. The only person they have yet to outsource (to a computer) is the cook. The customer literally places their order, cleans their own table, gets their own drinks, waits 30 minutes for their food, goes up to pick up and deliver their own meal, and disposes of their trash on the way out. Honestly, you are better off just cooking at home. And, believe it or not, upon paying, they have the audacity to ask you for a tip. lol How is this place still in business?

Waited over 20 minutes for my food TO GO! That is crazy for a fast food restaurant. I came here over a local place to save time and am very sorry I did. Then they ask for a tip when you have to take your own order and clean up the table. Avoid this place if possible. Service: 1

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. We stopped in for food and ordered. It took over 15 minutes for us to get our food and we were the first people inside. We waited a total of 25 minutes to get our shakes and then we found a hair in the shakes. Will never stop at this location ever again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Because of two milk shakes I was in here about 30 min.
