Sebastian's Table - Lincoln

Outstanding personal and culinary experience. I love to try new kitchen, and sebastian definitely had a lot that woke my interest. highly recommended for the lincoln area.

Seafood chowder was awesome, as were the apple/beet salad and chick pea salad. Usually salads like these are haphazardly thrown together and these actually tasted and looked liked someone actually cared. All the apples, beets and feta were uniform in dice size. The walnuts or hazelnuts were toasted not burned) and they were crushed to the right consistency to add flavor *and* texture. 5 stars is for the tres leches cake. Simply the best and most well balanced dessert I've ever had. Alex's service was friendly and prompt. Not expecting this kind of experience on a Wednesday lunch so mind. Is. Blown. Cheers!

My girlfriend and I went here last Thursday! It was amazing. We tried Duck Confit and loved it. Plus I found out i like sangrias! We had brusselsprouts with hazelnuts as well. It was so worth the 40 dollars for 2 drinks and the wonderful food and service! Defintely

Such a unique and delicious place for Lincoln! We are so lucky to have this. It is my #1 place to go and to take people. Thank you so much for opening this and having such a wonderful vision.
