Mr. Hui's - Lincoln

I love eating here. it was always amazing. I never leave an evaluation after a bad experience in a good restaurant, but today I waited for over and hour for my takeout that should have been in 30 minutes max. they do not have a problem to get orders for over eating/door dash. I get that the places are busy and only short workers everywhere, but it has been 1.5 hours and I have not yet my food without apologising why it takes so long. another guy waits longer than me, and they accidentally gave his food to a supplier, then made mistake again and basically blame him for the problem. I don't live in the city, so come here is a tasty bite and I was hoping to pick it up on my way to home and have a nice dinner, but I wait here longer than it takes me to get home. very disappointed and do not plan to come back soon.

Her crab career was amazing. I'll be back for it. general tso’s huh was really delicious, but the Mongolian bark was soouou oily that none of us could eat it. there had a good taste, but there was a VISIBLE layer of oil on the liquid plate, so it was very inconspicuous. the fried dumplings were decent size, but the taste I expected was not there. total 3.5/5* for our first visit. we try them again, and we will definitely get a double order of crab jail!

The delivery guy didn't even ring the bell, just left the food outside, so we had no idea it was delivered until it had been outside for awhile, as some stuff was cold. I ordered the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and it was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. It came in the same container they put soup in, and it looked EXACTLY like egg drop soup, all liquidy, and all the shrimp and veggies had sunk to the bottom. I ended up pouring it over the rice and it was like rice soup with NO FLAVOR. None. It was like shrimp in water. Totally disgusting and the shrimp was overdone. Last time i order from here.

I have been a customer of Mr. Hui’s for a few years now and the food has always been great and service was exceptional until my most recent experience today. The employee was very rude and would take off before I could even ask for anything. She had a lot of attitude and made it feel like an inconvenience for her to ask for an extra plate and chopsticks. Very disappointed.

Ordered online today with a pickup time of 11:15. Showed up at 11:14 and they said the orders aren't ready as they just opened. Ended up not getting the food until 11:30 if they can't have the food ready when the online ordering says, then they need to change the times so that they can meet them. Additionally, the food was just so so probably won't be going back to this location anytime soon
