Dunkin' - Lincoln

I don't understand all the negative reviews about this location. It's really not that serious. We're talking about donuts and coffee, people....it's not an emergency room. lol... Get a grip. I've been coming here for years because the place is clean, the staff has always been polite, and they've never screwed up an order. But honestly...here's some life advice for customers who always seem to have bad experiences...everywhere they go. If you're always running into issues, maybe you're the problem? If you walk into an establishment with a chip on your shoulder, you can't expect everyone to make excuses for your bad attitude and victim complex. I'm middle aged, and I can honestly say that in the 45 years I've been on this planet I can count the number of unsavory customer service experiences I've had, on one hand. The response you receive is often a reflection of the energy you put into the Universe.

Never again. 3rd horrible experience at this Dunkin. Stay away from snotty teenaged staff

Best dunkin ive ever been to! Service was amazing and my drink was made perfectly!!

It 's dunkin. Same food, same coffee, just mixing flavors around, adding doughnuts to coffee, fisher price eggs and tons of obese ladies who get angry in the parking lot if they don 't hurry up and get their dunkies . Smaller donut shop places have much better quality food and coffee and the eggs are real.

I was impressed with the presentation of the bakery items when I walked in the door, but after waiting five minutes without even being acknowledged, I had to leave without being served.
