Everyone was friendly, but a special thank you to our server, Jade. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful evening. Both of us appreciate everything she did and thank you for the prosecco. We really enjoyed it.
My partner and I went to Prezzo for a Valentine's Day dinner. The food service was fast and delicious! Our server, Jade, was delightful and helped us navigate the menu, ensured our food was to our liking, and was just a wonderful person overall. 10/10 rating!
When I called and spoke with Abbie, the manager, the restaurant was fully booked. Everywhere else nearby was also fully booked. I asked if Abbie was a "can do person," and she said she would try. My family had booked a hotel and travelled from Leicester to have a break with a member of the family who didn't have much time left to live. Despite being fully booked, Abbie went above and beyond to secure us a table for 8 with just a few days' notice. When my family arrived, they had an amazing meal. They were seated at a great table with a view, and Abbie even came over to greet them and make sure everything was satisfactory. This was a truly exceptional effort by Abbie. Thank you.
During a very busy lunch period, we called into Prezzo which is a place we wouldn’t normally go to. The staff were friendly and helpful. The goats cheese and roast peppers pizza was lovely. Really tomatoey and full of flavour. We won’t leave it so long before we visit again.
Not sure why you have made the decision to no longer accept cash but I will no longer be a customer due to this. Cash is legal tender and I’m pretty appalled that you are now refusing to accept this. We only had cash so had to find somewhere else to eat that night and now will not return due to this new rule. It’s such a shame as this was one of my favourite restaurants
