Cafe Debenhams - Lincoln

Nice hot and tasty breakfast. All freshly prepared. A good selection of condiments.All cutlery clean and tidy. Very polite and friendly staff. Well worth the long haul upstairs. A nice atmosphere and excellent views out the windows. Free WiFi.

I've been here before, back in and it hasn't improved. I was shopping downstairs and decided to have a coffee and a light-bite before I left. The place is tired', noisy and the floor dips when people walk past, causing the table I was...at to rock. The staff were OK, but again not as good as other Debenhams restaurants. I don't visit Lincoln often, but I have notice quite a lot of cafes and restaurants in the city so I doubt very much that I would come here again.

This was the worst lunch I have ever had! The Sunday lunch consisted of overcooked vegetables that had no flavor left. The food was tasteless. The server was wearing gloves, but I witnessed her picking something off the sole of her shoe before continuing to serve. If you are not able to cook proper meals, then don't serve them. Stick to sandwiches and snacks instead!

I really enjoyed this restaurant as a place to eat, relax, and do some shopping after a long day of shopping. It was a nice treat.

We always stop by the cafe because it's conveniently located. The coffee and toast are top-notch and perfect for fueling up before heading out on our shopping trip. The staff is courteous and welcoming, and the prices are fair.
