Bamboo - Lincoln

This restaurant review is terrible. The chicken curry was bland, the rice was hard in some spots, and the prawn crackers were soft and chewy. Overall, the experience was shocking.

Since becoming vegetarian my main concern was finding good Chinese meat substitute and this chinese offers just that Amazing chinese, fast delivery, good customer service, good price, wouldn’t go elsewhere again

I ordered a meal from this restaurant, but it arrived without rice. I called to inform them, and they offered to send out more rice right away. However, the delivery would have taken at least 10 minutes, so I requested a refund instead. The woman on the phone said she couldn't do that and abruptly ended the call. Before hanging up, I overheard her admitting their mistake to someone else, but she refused to acknowledge that my food would be cold by the time the rice arrived. The meal was a set menu and only cost £10.80. Despite being a repeat customer, I was shocked by the incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior of the restaurant staff.

If I could give this restaurant a rating of 0, I would. I waited for over an hour for a confirmation. The phone line was always busy and when someone finally answered, they had a bad attitude. They even tried to charge me despite the terrible service. Avoid this place at all costs.

Our order got mixed up and so only half our order came. We called up and asked for a new order and the guy said that he would do that so long as we didn 't eat anything and we gave that mixed up order back. He called up about 5 minutes later saying that we understood that the food had to come back. We asked whether that was allowed because of covid 19 as we didn 't think of it as a problem before. The guy then proceeded to call one of us a lying b*stard and a gay b*stard and that he was probably the type of person to get lots of girls around his house. My friend who was talking on the phone to this guy said that he would tell this to his manager and the guy said f*ck you, f*ck your mum, f*ck your sister . And then he hung up. He called back another 5 minutes later and said that we could have our food. He said that we wouldn 't be getting another cheesecake and my friend said that 's okay. The guy then said are you alright in the head . We ended up getting our food with a few extra bits but this was not acceptable and I do not suggest people order there. I am still shocked.
