An impeccable service, a menu that makes you feel like local and seasonal products, the meat cooked with the fireplace is delicious with its good smoked taste, cheeses are excellent as well as desserts. We ate there on Friday evening and booked a table for Saturday noon in the wake! Bravo to the leader and the whole team!!
Located in a place full of history, a former convent, this restaurant offers a total change: you enter and fall nose to nose with a limousine cow, then you see pieces of beef suspended in cold rooms in glass waiting for maturation, then a huge fireplace in which creates a pleasant wood fire, and a huge butchery table, all in a room where you can find it you choose on the map which piece of beef you want to eat. The butcher then pulls the beef from the cold room and cuts the piece that he then comes to introduce you before gently cooking it in the fireplace to preserve all taste qualities! I think in my whole life I've never eaten a piece of beef so tender and so succulent! If you pass through limoges, a stop is necessary!
What a beautiful place! A real good restaurant. the place is really super pleasant, the impeccable service, and the content of the plate is divine. Meat is divine and desserts as much.
