Flanagan's Townhouse - Limerick

We made a reservation for a table on a Friday in August. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait outside for a few minutes due to restrictions. Once seated at our table, our drinks and food were ordered promptly. However, it took an hour for our food to finally arrive, despite asking multiple times about the delay. The waiter mentioned it was because we were a large party, but we had never experienced such a long wait before. Other patrons who arrived after us were served and finished their meals before we received ours. We ordered steak, fish and chips, and chicken dishes, which should not have taken so long to prepare. Despite the delay, the food was delicious - perfectly cooked steak, fresh fish in crispy batter with chips, and tasty chicken dishes. The restaurant offered us a glass of wine as an apology for the delay, but unfortunately, the great food was overshadowed by the slow service.

My partner and I made a reservation at this restaurant last night, and from the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with exceptional customer service that deserves recognition. We opted for the date night menu, which came at a great price and included a bottle of wine. Since we don't drink wine, the staff generously offered us a drink of our choice, served with a smile and some friendly conversation. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening, and we wish them the best of luck with their new venture. We highly recommend this restaurant for a delightful dining experience. I went to this restaurant with my family. Noah provided us with excellent service and gave great recommendations for food and drinks. The chicken wings were absolutely delicious and everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Yesterday evening. great meal and noah could not have been welcoming anymore. this is the same group that has flanagans near killaloe. in any case recommend. great to see that more choice comes to limerick.

Food was really good here. Full of flavours. I got the French onion soup and it was the best I've had! Portions were really big for the mains so you won't be leaving hungry. Will be recommending to others.
