Then!!! I dreamed of finally being able to find a pastry worthy of the name. Difficult these days with all these prefabricated, frozen and industrial pastries Dr factories resold in bakeries But... what a nice surprise!! The bread, the pastries, the chocolate nun, my guilty pleasure, a marvel. But the icing on the cake is the Christmas/New Year logs, I had never really found one to my liking until tasting theirs. I was able to taste the gourmet pear and the berry lesson in a log, a delight in its purest form, an extremely light mousse that makes you want it again and again. And we took the 6 person sacrilege for the New Year, well our only regret was not having taken the 8 person everyone took it again. The mousse is divine for a dark chocolate, not cloying at all, a real cloud of happiness with this raspberry compote which refreshes everything, it's divine! Thank you for these wonders and the talent you have in your hands that you share with us. Don't stop, I won't know where else to go otherwise! Well done! The prices are more than reasonable for such pastries and the welcome is always great! Happy New Year to you!
