Panera Bread - Lima

I had the bbq chicken sandwich and the chicken tikka masala from the  Sandwich and Soup/Mac and it was amazing.

Took 40 minutes for mac and cheese, a grilled cheese, and two smoothies. then they missed the smoothies and forgot our brownie so we had to return.NEVER returning to this location again Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The food year over year is just horrid now. $13 and some change for a microwaved bowl of chicken and rice. So dry with no sauce or chicken. Can’t even make a decent chicken sandwich either. Very dirty. Behind counters and throughout the dining areas. I had to bring my utensils back twice as they both had old food on them. The counters are not wiped clean, tables chairs and flora are food covered. My tray had black soot on it. Won’t be back. My favorite panera I visited in my life. the interior of this position is absolutely beautiful. I also love the digital display to easily track the status of their order. please retrofit all Panera locations to be like this! it's amazing.
