The girl who waited on me, just gave eye rolls and not only did I catch it, my youngest sister saw and watch out for her! employee was rude.

Went through the drive-thru tonight with my family and the lady took our order in a very mean rude tone and then proceeded to be rude when pulling up to the window. Really not happy that we were treated like the biggest inconvenience of her life.

Yesterday October 5 2019, my boyfriend and I went to cold stone for ice cream around midnight . The girl who served us was very rude to us. She was the older one when I a hot chocolate to the order she yelled at me and said “Let me ring up his ice cream first” in a horrible tone. And when my boyfriend asked for a coffee she acted very annoyed. We were going to eat in but she made us so uncomfortable we ate in the truck. I’ve never had a problem with the customer service til now.

Absolutely delightful, no matter how you enjoy it! Who can resist having their favorite flavor crafted right before their eyes?

I ordered the chocolate devotion, and I've never had ice cream that delicious before.
