Restaurante Arabe Tierra Santa - Lima

I really wanted to like this place but both times I have ordered for delivery, they have sent me an incomplete order. The first time I let it pass since it was probably an honest mistake, but the second time I called to ask if they could please send me the rest of my order and they refused. They swore that they sent the order with all of the dishes I ordered and that the delivery driver probably stole the missing dish, which is highly unlikely since it has now happened twice. When I insisted on speaking with a manager, the manager hung up on me and when I called back, the second person to answer the phone also hung up on me. There was no apology, no offer to discount my future order, just refusal to acknowledge the issue. It was a very unfortunate experience, because there are few places to eat Middle Eastern food in Lima, and while this place is pretty mediocre, it satisfies the craving. However, there are thousands of delicious restaurants in Lima with much better customer service, so I won't be wasting my money here again.

Best shawarma I have had including the Middle East. Visited three times in ten days. Ordered something different each time and the quality and taste were superior. Very reasonably priced with an extensive menu

De los mejores en comida árabe que he probado. Porciones abundantes a un buen precio. Excelente sabor!

Siempre compro para llevar a casa El local es pequeño pero cómodo Inclusive cuando tengo reuniones con amigos compro hojitas de parra como piqueo , humus con pan pita y las empanaditas de carne q son deliciosas . Atención rápida y muy amable

La comida es aceptable, esta rica pero no es que sea la mejor comida árabe que haya probado. Si que sirve para quitarse las ganas de algo distinto en Lima. El servicio es pasable, no muy rápido.
