Bidra med feedbackMy friend and I came here in Lima the first afternoon. We had a very long 2 days trip from England and we were on some good food, and we were not disappointed. We were greeted by friendly staff who showed us on our table and one of the staff spoke English, which was very helpful (although we tried some Spanish! We ordered two of the house specialties, Calzones, and they were delicious and very generous in portion size. We were also given some garlic bread and some special sauce and olives, along with a shot of glass house wine, all for free. We really enjoyed our afternoon here and so we arranged the bell like us, which means we enjoyed our meal very much!!
Basic italian Restaurant, excellent for a quick lunch. Pizzas are excellent and the great size easily feeds a family:
Very Italian atmosphere genuine homemade recipes. Sauces were excellent. Very good Ossobucco. Love the wine without request, nice touch for good wine! I felt very comfortable. Friendly staff and atmosphere, owner present with excellent conversation and suggestions.
Pizza was great and the polite garlic bread was a plus. Good beer selection, too. His service is very attentive and fast
I think my title speaks for itself. I've lived in Lima,Peru several years. I'm part Italian and love the food. But if I ever wanted anything authentic and clean..I'd have to pay an arm and a leg for it. And even then so I would still leave a little disappointed : But FINALLY this place has been an answer to my prayers and frustration. Great HOMEMADE italian food, great service, and CLEAN bathroom. If the bathrooms clean then the kitchens clean. Rule of thumb in Peru. The owner worked in San Francisco and knows English and talked w us a bit as well as the waitress. Not a common thing here. I didn't have to hunt down my waitress. TRY THE LASAGNA! I never order it because I usually make a better one but this is SUPER CRAZY good creamy tomato sauce. And the Gnocchi is so good. And the brick oven pizzas! AND THE TIRAMISU lol almost everything!
