The restaurant looks like a proper Japanese one. Food is a hit or miss. Sashimi is fresh and cut properly but very thinly. Rice has too much vinegar for the sushi. Service is very slow and not friendly. Not the best considering the price. You have a far better Japanese restaurant just a few metres down the street Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Restaurant tested today. Very well welcomed, very useful, very kind and listening. If you have questions about different dishes, they will know how to answer them. If you are looking for a typical Japanese restaurant, this one will be perfect for you. Top quality ratio. I have already tested different Japanese restaurants on Lille and for me this one is the BEST.

I loved my experience in Izumi! The frame is pleasant, warm lights and yellowing decoration we do not have its large pink and blue leds on the fake roof. The staff is pleasant and presents the dishes well the way to eat them, where to start, how they are prepared...! The menus offered are of an incredible variety! You will eat soup, fish, seafood, original vegetables and many other fresh products; It’s very nice. The menus are so well presented and the prices are really affordable. If you want to leave, I suggest you book. A must in Lille!
