Check your receipts i was charged for each item individually instead of a combo. ended up being ridiculously expensive for what i got.

Probably one of the freshest tasting buns I've had at a fast food joint. The beyond burger was fantastic and the onion rings were great.

I don 't know where to start? I guess in the fast food you can reasonably expect for someone to show up at the counter to take your order within at least 5 min? It took forever to get the food even though there were hardly any customers. The burgers were just not tasty, as they used to be, seems like recipe was changed? A&W was our go to burger place, but not anymore...Small side note, if you are new in the city or visiting, for some reason this area is a common congregation of the drug users, beware.

I recently visited this A&W and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite a clear sign advertising coffee for $1, I was charged three times that amount. When I questioned the employee about the discrepancy, I was told that I was taking advantage of a promotion. This is unacceptable and the customer service was lacking. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.
