Spactacular Sausage. Smooth interior, not greasy, delicious product and I have only sampled one variety thus far(Jalapeno cheddar brat). I look forward to many future visits and will order in advance next time so that I might try specific ones. Selection may be limited without notice and the store front does not seem to recieve much unexpected business but overall very glad I stopped in this morning.

Our church participated in a gumbo cook-off in Mexico Beach, FL. Sausage World's Hickory Smoked Andouille Sausage is the perfect sausage any Cajun recipes. It is firm (not like a hot dog) and has a nice balance of spice, and a great smokiness. We had many compliments! Lee and Sergio were very professional and helpful. It is so nice to see entrepreneurs building their business. Please expand!!

Absolutely delicious, tender fresh sausage. We purchased the Dracula sausage and it is so far superior to the store brands we have tried.

We purchased the Eastern European Style Sausage and mixed it with some unsweetened coconut rice, fresh vegetables and it was delicious. Two pieces made four rice bowls and 1 piece made soup for 2 people with lentils, celery, carrots, rice, green onion and fresh herbs with some chicken broth. Very flavourful and lean. Next Chicken J Sausage.

Best sausage my husband and I have ever had. So much flavor and so fresh. Wish they delivered!
