Hardee's - Lilburn

Avoid. Ordered a steak biscuit add tomato, like I have done at every Hardees everywhere for years. Was told, we don't have tomatoes until lunch. Empty restaurant, and they wouldn't open the cooler and slice a tomato. Pretty sad really.

Ordered a gravy biscuit platter....and a order of gravy biscuits with a order of hashrounds ...Biscuits were flat as a pancake....almost read a newspaper through the sausage patty, it was so thin. Got half the amount of gravy than they usually had served before... The amount and quality of the food has really gone down hill....can't blame it on covid anymore...this is just plain and simple the lack of training and the lack of care of the mgmt. for the product being served.I waited almost 20 minutes to get food that was definitely not up to the standard that Hardee's used to provide. Extremely disappointed. Probably won't ever have bfast at this establishment again.

...Might have been understaffed..but they were polite and courteous. Good fast food.

The food was perfect and the service was excellent when I came in today! The manager and assistant managers are great ??

This store is not always open, but we went today and it was.We order a number 2 and a number 5.Bread in number 2 was very wet. Fries were fresh and hot.Staff was friendly and helpful.
