Dunkin' Donuts - Libertyville

I have never had a more positive experience at any establishment than at this Dunkin donuts.

We go to this Dunkin because it is near our house. Consistently terrible service. The staff is very rude and impatient. One time when giving us our change the employee forgot a dollar. And when we asked for the correct change back- she took it out of thetip jar and seemed very annoyed about it. Which was odd. I?m not sure if she felt entitled to a tip, but she was definitelyindignant that we asked for our correct change back. An iced coffee with 2 creamers, flavor syrup and cold foam added was nearly$6 and came out looking like a literal glass of milk with a tiny amount of coffee at the bottom. In the winter time we willorder hot chocolates. The drink will taste watered down because ALL of the chocolate powder mix is always at the bottom of thecup. It?s like they always forget to shake or stir the powder into the drink. Also, the donuts have very little filling.Honestly, I don?t know why we continue to go there. We probably won?t anymore. Starbucks and McDonalds across the street haveconsistently better tasting drinks. And at nearly $6 for each of our coffees- it wouldn?t be that much more money to goelsewhere. Also, Lee Donuts is just down the road and has much tastier donuts. This used to be a favorite spot a couple yearsago. Not anymore.

Can't say much bad about dunkin these days! I only keep going to the good locations so if you see I liked it you'll prolly get your order the way you ordered it! I'm BIG on that and I hate hearing the wife nag about how they messed it up and why didn't Imake them just give it to me free lol. Good location!

Not sure who the evening employee guy is, but he deserves a raise. I have been recently coming here the past week or so and my coffee/latte was coming about PERFECT. I rarely find where they actually know how to make a pumpkin spice latte the RIGHT way.Keep up the good work my guy. Appreciate your business my freind.

It is a great place to go and get a coffee donut, muffin and ice cream, as I love the blue Barry Muffin as well as other great food, the staff are really friendly and helpful it is not a 24-hour shop and they will run by Donut's and Muffin's later part of the afternoon and evening the most day.
